University of Ballarat Library
Completed in 2010, this project included substantial alterations and additions to the existing Mt Helen Campus Library.
The University identified key objectives, including the creation of an environment attuned to the varied learning styles of the student population, creating an office environment that tailored to staff requirements and reflecting contemporary work practices, maximising opportunities for flexible building usage through adaptable design, providing the capacity to deploy current and future learning technologies, and maximizing value for money.
