PEOPLE
Our people are our most valued
resource. Our staff embody a range of experience and backgrounds,
and this diversity enriches our approach to projects.
Our practice is organized around
teams who tackle the organizational and technical tasks of the
project under the guidance of a director. All members participate
in adding value to the project and contribute ideas and participate
in problem solving. The team works on the project through all
phases until completion of construction. The ambience of our office
is deliberately informal, with team members working together in
open plan spaces.
We are committed developing the
skills of our staff. We provide ongoing training and constantly
update our systems to reflect best practice. We encourage our staff
to take a lead both in developing technical skills, proposing
system improvements, and in developing skill in client and team
liaison. |
