world famous Botanic Gardens, Demaine Partnership working with
designer Stephen Akehurst sought to create an apartment complex
that maximized the benefits of this asset. The solution: unique
external balconies measuring more than 4 metres in depth for the
full width of the building frontage, screened by adjustable
shutters and warmed by open fires. This opens the possibility of a
fully furnished indoor-outdoor space usable throughout the year,
with vistas towards the gardens.
This feature reinforces the
large, spacious and elegant apartments, with one apartment per
