ONE WALLACE
AVENUE INTERIORS
The interiors at One Wallace
Avenue were critical to the buildings success: they set a theme of
restrained grandeur, from the double height entry foyer with its
cream, white and black marble floor in a woven pattern, the glow of
the coffered ceiling treatment and the panelling of the entry
walls.
The spaces are organized axially,
culminating in the pergola lined water courtyard, around which the
building is arranged.
The apartments are treated with a
neutral palette, including European Oak floors with a light stain,
glossy paint finish to cabinetwork and Italian limestone to
bathrooms.
