PRINCETON VIEW

Princeton View is a proposed aged care facility located in Brighton, one of Melbourne's premier bayside locales. The facility consists of three parts, an existing 19th century mansion, to be restored to original condition, an existing hospital building and a new residential aged care wing. The hospital wing is to be radically altered to create an internal atrium, with lounge and dining areas located in and around this spectacular triple height space. The balance of the floor are is given over to luxury aged care rooms, each fully serviced with their own ensuite and kitchenette facilities.

The mansion will contain a library, lounges and private dining areas, taking advantage of the impressive spaces and décor of this elegant structure. The new wing is organized around a garden courtyard, and contains suites with access to generous shared lounge and dining facilities. A full range of on site support services will be provided.
